We joined this scheme which is to give you the customer the benefit of the knowledge that you have somewhere to check us out and to help if things go wrong. I also carry an identification badge issued by them to prove membership etc.

You can register your project with them and in turn they will monitor and help with any problems if any arise, all I ask in return is that some feed back is left on there site once the works are completed so that future customers can read.
